internet access

Sometimes when sending or receiving mail, the connection automatically disconnects...

90% of all cases is because users have configured their mail program to autodisconnect automatically. Autodisconnect can be quite annoying and sometimes cause relaying problems.

The following guide will explain you how to solve this problem using Outlook Express.

1. Open your Outlook Express program via the shortcut on the desktop or via the "Start" - "Programs" button.

2. Click on "Tools" and then "Options".

3. Notice the check box called "Hang up after sending and receiving". Make sure this box is off.

4. Press "OK" and restart your mail session.

Note: Do not worry if you forgett to disconnect your connection manually as your modem will automatically disconnect within 5 minutes if idle.
