using Outlook Express Vers. 6.0 will experience problems
with the attachments of several emails. They will not
be able to click on the attachment in order to open and
see it. This is because of a new security option that
is enabled in the settings of Outlook Express.
The
following guide shows how to remove it:
Open
your Outlook Express program via the shortcut on the desktop
or via the "Start" - "Programs"
button.
Click
on "Tools" and then "Options".
The
following screen will appear.Click on the "Security"
tab on the top.
Notice
the option called "Do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".
Make sure you remove the tick in the checkbox so that
it is empty.
Press
"Apply" and then "OK".
You
may need to close Outlook Express and open it up again
in order to start looking at the received mails with attachments.
