The following guide will explain how to use and manage your antispam filter.

1. First, open your browser such as "Internet Explorer" and type the following address: "http://mail.gonuts4free.com". Hit the <enter> key on the keyboard and wait patiently untill the page appears.

2. Our new web mail system is very easy to use. Just type in your username and password. If you would like to encrypt your password, switch on the "Cipher" box, then press "Login"

3. If you have typed in the correct username and password, you will be presented with the following page as shown in the image below. Take some time to have a look and notice all buttons, folders and options.

4. Good, you will notice all your available folders on the left hand side. Click on the "Spam" folder to see what it contains.

5. It seems that your account has filtered this annoying message correctly and has placed it in the spam folder. Click on the subject of the message in order to open it. If you do not want to receive this message anymore in the near future, then you can do 2 things.

A. Refuse the sender's address.
B. Refuse the subject.

Note: The spam folder is cleared automatically after 7 days.

In this case, and which is probably most effective, we will reject the sender's address by clicking on the red icon located on the right hand side of it. By clicking this icon, the following page appears.

Enable/desable Anti spam feature: The anti-spam is set as not activated by default. You can activate it here; or in a later stage if you want to deactivate this service; this can be done also here.

6. This is your spam management system or so called "Black & White List". Here you can add email addresses or other strings that you can reject, delete or accept depending on your personal preference. Notice that in the "String" box , the email address from the annoying spam message is already listed. You can now choose which action to take. In this case we switch on the "Reject" option. Once selected, press "Add". If you are new to the black & white list, make sure you switch on the option located on the top called "Antispam" - "Enable"

7. The black & white list is very handy, as it will log and save all your actions should you wish to remove them in the near future. With this action done, all messages from "marketing@loansforfree.com" will not be accepted anymore.

Now, Lets have a look again to the spam folder. Sometimes, you may notice that a potential email message has been allocated in the Spam folder, instead of in your inbox. This can happen, as you can understand, each mail filter, whether junk mail or antivirus works by scanning some parameters and words inside each mail message. You will need to update your black & white list by adding a rule which will accept all future messages from this person. Click on the green icon located on the right hand side of the persons email address.

8. Good, once you have pressed the green icon, you will be redirected to the black & white page. Now, click on the "Accept" option. Press "Add".

9. You will now see another rule added to your filter. Note that rules with a green icon will deliver the messages from that person to your inbox. The ones with a red icon will place them either in the spam folder or in the trash can.

10. Excellent. Now, one more thing. We will need to place the non spam message back into the inbox. Here's how to do it. Go back to your spam folder and click on the non spam message. Once you have selected the message, you will see in the middle a default option called "Move". Next to it, you will see a drop down box with all your folders listed. Click on "Inbox" and press "OK".

11. The message will now be located in your inbox folder. You can try to download it to your computer by launching your local mail program such as Outlook or Outlook Express. You should receive it instantly.
