If you are experiencing some problems with your username or password, please view this guide for some more information and help.
1. First, check whether its asking you to confirm your internet connection details or whether its your email username and password. This is very important as both are different.
2. If its asking you to confirm your internet connection username and password, then make sure they are exactly as indicated below: (see image)
Username: 555@free
Password: 123456

3. If its for your email, then you will need to type in your email username and password. For example: if your email address is called john@gonuts4free.com, then your username is john. Your password should be the password that you originally used when registering your email account. (see image)
If you cannot remember it, you can use our "forgotten password" page to reset it.

4. If the above still does not work, you may want to check whether you have either a free or a premium email address. The reason for this is because if you have a free email address, you should use our free internet connection together with our email service or whenever you are picking up your emails. If you are aware that you connected via a different ISP or you have changed over to a broadband connection but still have a free email account, then you could experience login problems. You will need to upgrade then to a premium email address which will allow your account to work with any other internet connection worldwide. You can upgrade by clicking here.
