This
guide will explain you how to install the Internet connection
from Gonuts4free.com. Please note that there are different
versions of OS 9, and that you may have other screens
displayed then the ones presented here.
1. Click
on the "Apple" menu. Then
click on the "Internet
Access Menu".
2. Click
on "Internet Setup Assistant"
3. The
Internet Setup Assistant will load, and ask you to set
up your iMac for the Internet.
Click "Yes". You
will now be asked if you have an Internet Account.
Click "Yes". Type
"Gonuts4free" as
the name of the configuration.
Click on the "right" arrow to the bottom
right of the screen.
4. Select
your modem and port.
Click on the right "arrow" to the bottom
right of the screen to continue...
5. Type
in the telephone number
or local
dial up number "901929200".
The local node 901929200
can be used all over Spain: If you prefer to use a specific
node please choose one in the list. Click

6. To
access our server and to make it easy for the user; all
our users are using the same username and password. Next
fill in your account name; see the image below for your generic username and password.
7. Select
"NO" to the "PPP
Connect Scripts" menu.
Click on the "right" arrow to the bottom
right of the screen.
8. Select
"NO" to the "IP
Address" menu.
Click on the "right" arrow to the bottom
right of the screen.
9. Enter
the "DNS" and "Domain Name" as
below.
Click on the "right" arrow to the bottom
right of the screen.
10. In order to be able to use the smtp you will need to register
an E-mail address with gonuts4free.com, as we do not relay
E-mails if the originator E-mail is not local.

11. Enter
your "POP account",
and "mail server details"
in the same format as shown below.
Click on the "right" arrow to the bottom
right of the screen.
12. Enter
your "e-mail address"
and "password".
Click on the "right" arrow to the bottom
right of the screen.
Great,
Your connection and email is now setup. You can try to
connect and see if it works.
