This
guide will explain you how to install the Internet connection
from Gonuts4free.com. Please note that there are different
versions of Windows 2000 (Server, Advanced, Profesional,
etc...), and that you might have other screens displayed
then the ones presented here. You can also use our autoinstallation
file for windows 2000, instead of doing it manually.

1. Click
on the Windows "Start" button followed
by "Settings", "Network and Dial-up
Connections", "Make New Connection".

2. A
box will appear like the one below. Just click "Next".

3. Make
sure that you have a tick in the first option called "Dial-up
to private network" and press "Next".

4. A
box will appear asking you for the telephone
number or local
dial up number. Type in "901929200"
and press "Next".
The local node 901929200 can be used all
over Spain: If you prefer to use a specific node please
choose one in the list. Click
here to view the list...

5. Another
box will appear asking for the availabality, just click
"Next".

6. Internet
connection sharing? (you can if you want...) Just click
"Next".

7. In
the name type something easy, like "My spanish
connection" or "Gonuts4free",
and click "Next". To access your connection
quickly, a shortcut would be great. Just make sure you
have a tick in the box called "Add a shortcut
to my desktop", and press "Finish".

8. Great,
now a screen will appear asking you for a username and
password, but first let's click on "Properties".
9. This
screen will appear. Click on "Networking"
located at the top.

10. In
Networking, highlight the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP),
and click "Properties".

11. Switch
on the option called "Use the following DNS server
addresses".
You can use different DNS's , just use the ones as shown,
these are updated automatically.
Prefered
DNS server: 80.58.0.33
Alternative DNS server: 80.58.32.97
Press "OK" and "OK"
again.

12. You
will be back to the login screen. Use the username and
password as shown below.
13. Good,
now let's try it. Press "Dial". The connection
will now start dialing. Normally you should hear a sound
beeping unless you have disabled the sound. You can see
when you are connected if you have the 2 green monitors
flashing at the bottom right hand side of the screen (1),
unless you turned this option off.(2)
