1. The service is free because Gonuts4free.com will not charge the user any monthly or annual service fees for the use of it's Internet Access, and email.

2. The user will remain obliged to pay for the local telephone number call charges at the rates published by the telephone operator with whom they make their local calls. The contract and charges for the telephone access to the Gonuts4free.com Internet Access Service lie between the user and their telephony service provider not Gonuts4free.com. The charges for the users local rate calls will appear on the bill received from their telephony service provider.

3. As this is a Free Internet Connection, the speed of the data transfer can not be guaranteed by Gonuts4free.com. (Average: 42kb. -I 52kb. and 59kb. -I 111kb.)

4. Where a free account has not been online with Gonuts4free.com for more than 61 days, Gonuts4free.com may deactivate and remove the account. All user names and passwords will become available to other users.

5. Premium email accounts are based on a one year contract. The service is renewed automatically after one year. A 30 day up front written notification is required should you wish to cancel your premium subscription.

6. Gonuts4free Support is provided by third party associates, each with own terms and conditions.

7. For the use of the Gonuts4free Telephone Support line with telephone number 807517045 we charge a premium call rate as technical service staff is permanent present during office hours to give personal assistance to anybody calling this number with questions in relation to Internet connectivity and email problems.

8. The free Gonuts4free email account is to be used with it's Gonuts4free Dial up Internet Service, either RTB or ISDN. The commercial or business email can be used with any dial up or broadband connection in an acceptable way. Gonuts4free reserves the right to remove any free email account which is not connecting via it's dial up service and any business email account which is not using its email in an acceptable manner. However any type of email (free or business) can safely be used via the Web Mail located at http://mail.gonuts4free.com.

1. As the Internet Access Provider, Gonuts4free.com cannot be held responsible for the content of the users web site, e-mails, news postings or any other material distributed through our service, or for information and material that is accessed by the user through our service.

2. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that any material transferred to or from their computer does not infringe the laws governing, but not exhaustively covering copyright, trademarks, pornography, or any other material which is slanderous, defamatory o might cause offense in any other way.

3. Gonuts4free.com reserve the right to remove such information it deems in breach of the above (2) without warning and/or to make available such information when requested to regulatory bodies or law enforcement organizations.

4. Gonuts4free.com will take every reasonable step possible to ensure a fast and reliable service. Gonuts4free.com cannot be held responsible for any disruption in service however caused, loss of or corruption of any information in transit, or loss of corruption of information downloaded on to computer systems.
