In order to fight junk mail and viruses, this tools prevents the customer from receiving these type of emails by scanning the message and refusing those which contain words or phrases such as "Get a free loan" or "Free mortgages" or "Earn money for free". A spam filter will also reject mails that contain suspicious attachments such as "install.exe" or "freemovies.pif". This is to prevent malicious attachments which are infected with a virus to arrive in your inbox.
In case you ever get rejected, then try to see which words might refuse you. Try removing them or try changing the sentence in your writing. Also try to prevent to send attachments with names such as "free.exe" or "trythis.clk", etc...
