Setting the correct time interval/delay for checking new emails...

In order not to get refused or detected by the Server System Monitor on the Gonuts4free servers, you will need to verify if you are using the email in a correct and non-abusive way.

The Server System Monitor will refuse users who try to check email every 1 minute during 24 hours a day causing huge traffic on the servers, without actually sending or receiving 1 single email. In order to avoid this, make sure that you configure the time interval for checking new email the following way.

Open your Outlook Express program via the shortcut on the desktop or via the "Start" - "Programs" button.

Click on "Tools" and then "Options".

The following screen will appear.

Notice the red circle showing the following "Check for new messages every 30 minute(s)." This is the standard time by Outlook Express which is acceptable. Some people try to change this to check email every "1 Minute" which is really not necesary as you can always click manually on the button "Send/Receive" and because it creates a lot of unnecesary traffic for the Gonuts4free servers. Alternatively you can register for a premium email account.

So remember, try to avoid things such as configuring your email program to check email every 1 minute. Make sure you specify a default time of 30 to 60 minutes for email checking. By only using this method you will already be using the Gonuts4free service in a correct and respectfull way.
