You can follow these easy, step-by-step instructions to manually set up a dial-up connection.
To create a new Dial-Up Connection in Windows Vista, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Start.
2. Access the Control Panel

B. Click on Start - Settings - Control Panel |
3. Click on Classic View if it's available.

4. Double-click Network and Sharing Center. Click on Set up a connection or network.

5. Select ... then click on Next.

6. Click on Dial-up

8. In this window enter in the following;
- In the Dial-up phone number field, type in your local dial which is 908 274 413
- In the User name field, type in yourname
- In the Password field, type the password which is 123456
- In the Connection name field, type in a name you wish to give your connection.

9. If you get this window, you have successfully connected to the Internet. Click on Close. If this window did not appear either (1) the username or password was entered in wrong, or (2) there is something wrong with the connection to the Internet.

10. Click on Home - a Security window may appear, click to continue.

11. Click Close.

Try the connection again now and see if it works.
