1. Open Windows (Vista) Mail , go to Tools menu and select Accounts...

2. Click the "Add..." button

3. Make sure 'Email Account' is selected and click on "Next" button.

4. Enter your Display Name. (This is your full name as you would like it to appear when you send messages to other people.) Then click Next.

5. Enter your E-mail Address. Normally "something@gonuts4free.com"

6. This is the address that your contacts' email program will reply to your messages. This is also the address that will get recorded in your contacts' address book if they add you as a contact. Click Next. Within the 'Setup e-mail servers' screen:

Select POP from the list of server types. Enter pop3.gonuts4free.com in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
Enter smtp.gonuts4free.com in the "Outgoing Mail Server" field.

7. Click Next. Enter your username in the "Account Name" field, and your password in "Password" field if you wish. If your email account is called john@gonuts4free.com, then your username would be john. Please also note that this is all case-sensitive. Press "Next".

8. Make sure "Do not download my e-mail and folders at this time" checkbox is ticked and click the "Finish" button to return to your account list.

Your Gonuts4free account is now configured to check and send mail. Remember to make sure you are connected first !.
