You can follow these easy, step-by-step instructions to manually set up a dial-up connection.
To create a new Dial-Up Connection in Windows Seven, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Start.
2. Access the Control Panel

3. Select Large Icons in View by list

4. Click Network and Sharing Center .

5. Click on Set up a connection or network.
6. Select ... then click on Next.

7. Click on Dial-up

8. Click on Either type of Modem

10. If you get this window, you have successfully connected to the Internet. Click on Close. If this window did not appear either (1) the username or password was entered in wrong, or (2) there is something wrong with the connection to the Internet.

11. Click on Home - a Security window may appear, click to continue.

12. Click Close.

Try the connection again now and see if it works.
